Richard Cramp
Bravish New World – 2011

For Bravish New World Richard Cramp created an entrance corridor from building site hoarding, responding to the space at Regents Studios and referencing the industrial architecture of the surrounding area. This environment gives way to the white, clean gallery space hosting a series of photo montages and light boxes. The synergy between the physical space and the imagined faulty utopias of the images invite the audience to consider the make up of their own neighbourhoods; their constant shifting between regeneration, deterioration and growth.
